This is by far one of the most ambitious bhaukaaal I've heard in a while. Reminder that the city that has planned to do this has AMPLE sewage/slum/drainage problems, and has at least a three days of inactivity a year due to rain water flooding.

Just focus on that one word in that sentence, i.e "eventually", now everything is over there itself. I can imagine that eventually will be when Ritesh Deshmukh becomes CM of Maharashtra...
