Aamir sohail to murali karthik : "Jaipur have sent Kaif up the order. Do you think they are saving Yusuf Pathan so he can target the relatively young left arm spinner?"

Murali Karthik: "We are not playing any left arm spinners today, Aamir bhai"
*rofl*

AA takes one, returns to the top of the wicket takers list:D

AA comes out at 1 down
fastest 100 on the way

It looked like a clean catch
12.6 Pathan to Ganguly, 1 run, Pathan bowls that slightly short and Ganguly stays back at the crease and pulls against the turn, Smith runs forward from deep midwicket and appears to cup it just above the turf, Rajasthan celebrate but Ganguly isn't convinced, the third umpire has a look and gives Ganguly the benefit of the doubt

Thats what it takes for dada to get a 50 ehh..

Meanwhile Pakistan fast bowler Umar Gul, who recently joined Kolkata, felt Ganguly's captaincy in Twenty20 cricket had a way to go. "This format is new for Ganguly. He is finding it difficult," Gul told PTI. "He has to learn a few more tricks. We also have to find the right combination and rhythm."

@shreyas:

yeah I was gonna post this as the BHAUKAAAAAAL of the day, since umar gul was the sloppiest person on the field yesterday. He missed a ball coming directly at him at short fine leg, then ran behind it till it reached the boundary. Then this bastard went for about 20 runs in no balls, free hits, wides and bouncers running off to the boundary. His lbw of Shane Watson had an edge on it, so no credit to him for that.

Later, I realized that the poor bastard had been misquoted. His statement actually started with something like 'People should not be targeting Ganguly based on 3 games' or 'People should give Ganguly a break'. He was trying to defend Ganguly and his team, but these media mofos made it seem like criticism.

PS: Farrokh Engineer is the biggest chutiya in the history of chutiyas. This blog here says most of the things I was thinking of when I read abt the umpire's suspension today:
